With Professional Search, we conduct one-to-one sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates to fill the required position/s in your company. The objective is to hasten the process of identifying the best and most qualified professionals whose qualifications match the specific job requirement.



WeSelect offers its Recruitment Services to fill various technical and call center agent position requirements of its partner clients.

With Recruitment Services, we employ one-to-many sourcing techniques to invite possible candidates for screening and interview by our Recruitment Specialists. We then endorse qualified candidates for profiling and further interview by our client's talent acquisition team. The objective is to hire as many qualified individuals.

Direct Placement: WeSelect only handles the sourcing and screening of qualified candidates for its partner clients. When hired, the selected candidate is employed by the partner client.

WeSelect will only charge a placement fee for each successfully hired candidates. Our rates for Direct Placement ranges between 15% to 20% of annual salary depending on the level of the candidate.



WeSelect offers its Staffing Services to fill positions which require hard-to-find or specialized technical skills.

With Staffing Services, we select the most qualified candidate from our pool of pre-screened network of IT professionals. Upon confirmation of the candidate's competencies and availability, we conduct our own technical interview to ensure that the candidate have the expertise and actual project experience for the specific skills required. The objective is to find the most experienced, highly competent candidates for the job.

Staff Augmentation: WeSelect hires the selected candidate for deployment to the partner client under project-based employment.

The technical resource will be an employee of WeSelect assigned to the partner client’s worksite. The assigned resource will derive compensation from WeSelect and will be under its administrative supervision.

WeSelect will charge the partner client on a monthly basis based on the agreed billing rate of the assigned resource for the duration of the project.

Staff Absorption: In the event that the partner client decides to absorb the assigned resource, WeSelect will charge from 15-18% (depending on mutual agreement in the contract) of the guaranteed annual billing rate of the resource.



Upon confirmation of the job qualifications and skills requirement, including the ideal candidate profile, WeSelect then executes its best efforts to produce results within a week. Our Recruitment Specialists we will provide regular status updates as to the availability and result of the search.



In the event that the successfully placed or hired candidate resigns or is terminated by the client for reasons directly attributed to the search process and is within an agreed guarantee period from the date of employment, WeSelect shall replace the resource at no extra cost.
